FAQs
Do I need to be local to use you as a health coach?
No, while local sessions can be done in person if the client chooses, any session can be performed virtually. Zoom is encouraged, but sessions can also be done by phone or email if the client prefers.
HOw do I purchase a plan or session?
Plans can be purchased through the website or calling 330-786-8949.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. This allows us to keep our out of pocket costs down.
Are you able to give nutrition and workout plans?
No, I am not a nutritionist or personal trainer. I can point you to different resources that cover specific topics of interest.
What are the advantages of going with a plan?
Coaching is designed to be done over a longer period of time on a consistent basis. The plans are broken into 3 month sessions to allow for larger goals to be met along with smaller goals.
Plans are also given at a discount from a la carte pricing because sessions are being bundled and purchased up front.
Is there a cancelation fee?
If more than 24 hours notice is given there is no cancelation fee and the session can be rescheduled. If there is less than 24 hours notice given the client will be charged for the full session.
What if I end a plan early?
To end a plan you would need to give a 24 hour notice of your last session that you wish to end your plan early. You will then be charged the a la carte price for previous sessions and the remaining amount paid will be refunded.
